    The NRXN1 polyclonal antibody is raised in the rabbit immunized with the recombinant human neurexin-1-beta protein (184-363aa). It exists as an unconjugated IgG isoform. And it is purified by protein G and reaches above 95% in purity. This NRXN1 antibody only reacts with human and mouse NRXN1 proteins. It has been subjected to quality control in three applications, including ELISA, WB, and IF.

    Its target protein NRXN1 mainly mediates synapse formation and regulates the communication between neurons in the brain. Additionally, NRXN1 has been implicated in several neuropsychiatric disorders, including autism spectrum disorder (ASD), schizophrenia, and intellectual disability.
