SEZ6
SEZ6，即癲癇相關同源物6，別名SC-011。它是由位于17q11.2染色體的SEZ6基因編碼的蛋白質，屬于SEZ6家族中的一員。SEZ6家族包括SEZ6、SEZ6L和SEZ6L2，這些成員在神經系統(tǒng)的發(fā)育和功能中起著關鍵作用。SEZ6的作用機制與其在細胞表面的存在有關，它參與神經樹突的形成和神經信號的傳遞。SEZ6的結構域由5個Sushi結構域和2-3個CUB結構域組成，這些結構域參與蛋白質-蛋白質相互作用，并可能參與細胞間粘附或離子型神經遞質受體的調節(jié)。此外，SEZ6還可能與補體級聯(lián)相關，通過促進C3b的因子I裂解和加速C3轉化酶的衰變來抑制補體。SEZ6的高表達與腫瘤的發(fā)展和轉移有關，尤其是在神經內分泌腫瘤中。SEZ6已成為腫瘤治療的潛在靶點，為開發(fā)新的癌癥治療策略提供了重要信息。
