VTN
VTN，即玻連蛋白，別名VN，是一種由肝臟產(chǎn)生的多功能糖蛋白。它廣泛分布于血漿及多種細胞外基質(zhì)中，通過其多個功能域與細胞表面受體及基質(zhì)成分相互作用，調(diào)控細胞粘附、遷移、增殖及基質(zhì)改建等過程。VTN在維持組織穩(wěn)態(tài)、促進血管新生及參與炎癥反應(yīng)等方面發(fā)揮重要作用。其異常表達與多種疾病相關(guān)，如代謝性疾病、腫瘤及心血管疾病等，揭示了VTN在病理生理過程中的復(fù)雜性。因此，VTN不僅是研究細胞與基質(zhì)相互作用的重要分子，也是疾病診斷與治療的新靶點。

IHC image of CSB-PA029544EA01HU diluted at 1:400 and staining in paraffin-embedded human colon cancer performed on a Leica BondTM system. After dewaxing and hydration, antigen retrieval was mediated by high pressure in a citrate buffer (pH 6.0). Section was blocked with 10% normal goat serum 30min at RT. Then primary antibody (1% BSA) was incubated at 4°C overnight. The primary is detected by a biotinylated secondary antibody and visualized using an HRP conjugated SP system.
