CD72
CD72，全稱為CD72蛋白，也被稱為L(zhǎng)yb-2或Lyb2。該蛋白在B細(xì)胞增殖和分化中扮演關(guān)鍵角色，與CD5相互作用，形成具有二硫鍵的同二聚體。CD72蛋白通過(guò)酪氨酸磷酸化與PTPN6/SHP-1相互作用，調(diào)節(jié)細(xì)胞反應(yīng)。CD72蛋白與B細(xì)胞活化和免疫反應(yīng)密切相關(guān)，其功能異常可能與多種疾病有關(guān)，如腫瘤和自身免疫性疾病。在藥物研發(fā)方面，針對(duì)CD72的抑制劑正在開發(fā)中，旨在調(diào)節(jié)B細(xì)胞介導(dǎo)的免疫過(guò)程，以治療相關(guān)疾病。

Immunofluorescence staining of Hela cells with CSB-PA004955LA01HU at 1:66, counter-stained with DAPI. The cells were fixed in 4% formaldehyde, permeabilized using 0.2% Triton X-100 and blocked in 10% normal Goat Serum. The cells were then incubated with the antibody overnight at 4°C. The secondary antibody was Alexa Fluor 488-congugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L).
