人活化凝血因子Ⅻ(FⅫa)酶聯(lián)免疫試劑盒（CSB-E09232h）為雙抗夾心法ELISA試劑盒，定量檢測血清、血漿、組織勻漿樣本中的FⅫa含量。FⅫa是凝血因子Ⅻ激活后形成的絲氨酸蛋白酶。其參與內(nèi)源性凝血途徑啟動。研究發(fā)現(xiàn)它不僅在凝血中起作用，還與炎癥、血栓形成等相關(guān)。對FⅫa作用機制的研究，有助于開發(fā)新的抗血栓藥物，且可能減少出血風險。試劑盒檢測范圍為0.312 ng/mL-20 ng/mL，本試劑盒通過高特異性抗體對靶標進行捕獲與檢測，適用于體外研究FⅫa在凝血機制、血管通透性調(diào)控或相關(guān)疾病動物模型中的動態(tài)變化，可為心血管疾病、免疫炎癥反應(yīng)等領(lǐng)域的科研實驗提供定量分析支持。該產(chǎn)品僅用于科學(xué)研究，不適用于其他用途。本品僅用于科研，不用于臨床診斷，產(chǎn)品具體參數(shù)及操作步驟詳見產(chǎn)品說明書。
