Thanks for your inquiry!We usually use this kit to detect serum, plasma, tissuehomogenates, cell lysates samples.The datasheet is attached for your information.We suggest the customer detect cell lysates samples.And he/she had better to do pre-testing first.

The standard in this kit is Frozen powder and it needs to be centrifuged.The customer can use Sample Diluent to melt the standard.He/She can refer to the "Standard" part on page 8.

Acts as a receptor for the neuroprotective peptide humanin as part of a complex with IL6ST/GP130 and CNTFR. Involved in the regulation of Th1-type immune responses. Also appears to be involved in innate defense mechanisms.
